How to Prepare for a Notary Appointment
What to Bring to Your Appointment
- A current, valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport — expired IDs cannot be accepted)
- All documents to be notarized. Documents must be complete but unsigned; signatures must be witnessed by the notary.
- All required signers. Everyone whose signature requires notarization must be present with valid ID.
