Support Major Library Needs
Each year, the Mattoon Public Library hosts an Annual Fundraiser to support major library needs and long-term improvements that enhance services for the entire community. Funds raised through the Annual Fundraiser help support capital projects, building improvements, and other significant library initiatives that are not always covered by regular funding.

The Annual Fundraiser is a special evening event that brings together library supporters, community members, and partners to celebrate the library and invest in its future. Past fundraisers have supported important projects, including building upgrades and other capital improvements that help preserve and improve the library for years to come.
What to Expect
While details vary each year, the Annual Fundraiser typically includes:
- Food and drinks

- Fundraising activities such as raffles or silent auctions
